Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain customer‑facing features for a SaaS web application and its analytics serving pipeline, covering both frontend and backend components. - Collaborate with distributed teams across multiple regions and mentor junior engineers. - Deliver monthly product releases to production. - Write automated unit tests and participate in peer design and code reviews. - Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product management on a daily basis. - Productize analytics handoffs from data science and data engineering teams. - Optimize the application for performance, scalability, and reliability to support a growing customer base. - Assist support and operations in resolving production issues and improve the product to prevent future incidents. What We're Looking For: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university. - 5+ years of software engineering experience at a software product company, preferably serving enterprise customers. - 3+ years developing web‑based SaaS applications. - Strong competence and interest in both frontend and backend development. - Proficiency in JavaScript or Python (experience with Java, Ruby, or Go is also acceptable for candidates willing to learn). - Experience with SQL databases. - Product‑ and customer‑oriented mindset. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Quick learner and strong team player.
