IndianJobs.co is a candidate sourcing service operated by Sampoorna Hiring Solutions. By using the site, whether as an employer or a candidate, you agree to these Terms.

1. What IndianJobs.co Does

Employers submit hiring requests describing an open role. We search our candidate database, score candidates against that role using AI, and return a shortlist. Some roles are also published as public listings that candidates can apply to directly.

2. Employer Accounts

Employers may create an account to submit hiring requests and track them over time. You're responsible for the accuracy of the hiring requests and job descriptions you submit, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Candidate Matching & Data

Candidate matches are AI-generated based on the information in our database and are provided as a starting point for your own evaluation, not a guarantee of fit. A candidate's contact details are only shown when they've explicitly agreed to it — see our Privacy Policy for how that consent works.

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

IndianJobs.co does not guarantee that any hiring request will result in a successful hire, or that any candidate match will respond to outreach or accept an offer.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to submit fraudulent hiring requests, misuse candidate contact information shared with you for any purpose other than evaluating them for the role you submitted, scrape or harvest data from the site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All site design, text, and code are the property of Sampoorna Hiring Solutions or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content without written consent.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAMPOORNA HIRING SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
