Lead Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain highly scalable user‑facing software applications.
- Participate in business discussions and present software solutions to address various problems.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end product development activities with executive management, product management, quality assurance, support, and operations teams.
- Develop, deploy, and support RESTful services using Spring.
- Lead transition of teams to continuous deployment models.
What We're Looking For:
- BSc/BE/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience in commercial or enterprise applications, primarily using Core Java and Spring.
- Experience designing and implementing SaaS solutions on public cloud platforms with micro‑service architecture.
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Aerospike, ElasticSearch.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (e.g., ELB, RDS, SQS, S3).
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with test frameworks (JUnit, WireMock, Selenium) and continuous deployment practices.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
