IndianJobs.co is a candidate sourcing service run by Sampoorna Hiring Solutions. Employers submit hiring requests, and we match them against our database of candidates. This policy explains what information we collect, from whom, and how it's used and shared.

Information We Collect

From employers who use IndianJobs.co, we collect:

• Account details (email, company name) when you sign up
• Hiring request details (role, job description, contact information)

For candidates, our database is built from:

• Resumes submitted directly through RezPeak's resume tools
• Our own recruitment archive, built from past hiring engagements
• Candidates who applied to a role listed on IndianJobs.co or RezPeak

How Candidate Matching Works

When an employer submits a role, we search our candidate database and show a shortlist scored against that role. By default, a candidate's name, email, and phone number are not shown to the employer — only their title, experience, skills, location, and why they're a good match.

A candidate's real contact details are only shown to an employer if that candidate has explicitly agreed to it — either by responding “yes” to an opt-in message we sent them, or by checking the consent box when generating a resume through RezPeak's resume builder. Nobody's contact information is shared just because they're in our database.

A candidate can change their mind at any time by responding “no” to a future message from us, which also removes them from being shown in any employer's search results going forward, not just from having their contact details hidden.

How We Use Information

• Matching candidates to employer hiring requests
• Running employer accounts and dashboards
• Sending candidates occasional messages asking if they'd like to stay in consideration for roles
• Improving the accuracy of our matching over time

We do not sell or trade personal information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for data storage, Brevo for email communication, and OpenAI or Groq to power our AI-based resume analysis and candidate matching. These providers process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

Data Security

Candidate and employer data is stored securely and access is restricted to what each part of the system actually needs — employer-facing searches never expose the full candidate database directly, only matched, scored results for a specific role.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
