Software Architect

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with various stakeholders to determine software requirements. - Create high-level product specifications and design documents. - Provide the development team with architectural blueprints and guidance. - Guide and assist the development team throughout the development process. What We're Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 5-7 years of experience in a fast‑paced technology product or services environment. - Proven experience as a Software Architect or Senior Developer. - Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles. - Ability to collaborate, influence, and communicate effectively with teams. - Good understanding of coding standards, metrics, and development tools. - Comfortable working as an individual contributor and managing multiple priorities. - Strong creative thinking with a track record of delivering impactful ideas. - Ability to adapt to evolving needs in an agile, fast‑moving organization. Required Skills: - Full‑stack development expertise in .NET, Java, or similar technologies. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Proficiency in Node.js, Angular, React, and Express.js. - Hands‑on experience with MongoDB, SQL databases, Linux, Windows, and development IDEs (e.g., Visual Studio, GitHub). - Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and GitLab. - Knowledge of Python, machine learning, and data science concepts. - Experience with Odoo and various database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.). - DevOps skills including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. - Experience in B2B and B2C mobile app development. - Domain expertise in ERP, CRM, FinTech, or related areas.
