Java Lead

Key Responsibilities: - Consult with business teams on requirements, organize and synthesize them into technical requirements and designs. - Review design documents, establish project timelines, and drive resources to complete projects on time and within budget. - Design detailed technical solutions using the best available technology. - Provide architecture oversight and evaluate new and emerging technologies. - Contribute as a productive team member throughout the Agile software development lifecycle. - Collaborate with developers, technical architects, and marketers to implement and configure enterprise systems and technologies that meet user expectations and business objectives. What We're Looking For: - 3+ years of experience in Java/J2EE technology stacks. - Experience with Microservices, REST APIs. - Hands‑on experience with Linux. - Experience in DevOps practices, including Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with NoSQL technologies. - Ability to lead a team of at least 5 developers. - Strong experience building ReactJS and Java/J2EE applications. - Extensive experience with the ReactJS framework and CSS frameworks. - Expertise in core and advanced Java 8 features, Spring, Hibernate, and MVC frameworks. - Awareness of other UI frameworks such as AngularJS, Angular, Node.js, and Knockout.js. - Experience and flexibility to work in Agile development environments. - Finance domain experience is a plus.
