Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Provide support for Infor ERP LN, including understanding user requirements and existing processes. - Implement and map solutions within Baan/ERP/Infor LN, suggesting work‑arounds to meet requirements. - Deliver training to internal customers on system usage. - Continuously upgrade knowledge of the Infor suite of products. - Serve as an LN Functional Consultant with expertise in logistics and manufacturing. - Create functional specifications and develop/execute test cases. - Work with system interfaces and, where applicable, Indian localization. What We're Looking For: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a functional consultant in Baan logistics and manufacturing. - Experience with Infor LN version 10.4 or higher, including at least two successful implementations. - Strong functional knowledge of logistics and manufacturing processes. - Ability to produce clear functional specifications and comprehensive test cases. - Familiarity with system interfaces; knowledge of Indian localization is a plus. - Excellent communication skills. - Educational background: B.E., B.Tech, or MCA preferred.
