Senior Manager IT Applications

Key Responsibilities: - Define solutions and lead a team of tech leads to deliver high‑performance mobile and web applications within timelines. - Develop technical solutions based on business requirements and create/maintain requirement, functional specification, and integration documents. - Review and manage SIT & UAT cases, facilitate change and configuration management, and conduct SIT before guiding business teams through UAT. - Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents, and other technical reports. - Manage technical integration requirements with vendors and coordinate with internal IT teams and application vendors. - Provide recommendations on scope changes to project owners or product managers. - Analyze existing systems, identify improvement areas, and work with vendors to ensure quality solutions are delivered on time. - Make decisions on solution design, generic approaches, and workarounds to ensure timely product delivery. What We're Looking For: - 10‑12 years of overall experience, including 8+ years in IT applications. - Proven experience as a senior tech lead in the finance domain (NBFC or loan providers preferred). - Strong knowledge of mobile and web application development. - Hands‑on expertise with SQL/Oracle databases, Unix/Windows environments, basic Java, middleware/APIs, XML/JSON, and SOAP UI. - Demonstrated ability to solution‑engineer for finance organizations and manage a team of 8‑10 tech leads. - Project management and coordination skills. - Ability to design application architecture and handle system integration. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong stakeholder management. - Managerial competencies including team management, scoping, delivery management, and team building. - Positive, go‑getter attitude, flexible approach, and ability to work effectively with diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. Education: - Minimum graduation (BE) in a relevant field.
