IT Applications Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate business process discussions to gather and document business requirements that add value and meet client objectives. - Provide technical direction for analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, bug fixes, and enhancements related to engineering, procurement, and cost management applications. - Collaborate with Change and Release Management teams to coordinate projects throughout the change and release process. - Actively participate in design discussions and code reviews. - Apply Agile methodology and project execution approaches, offering guidance to other teams. - Work with vendors to design and implement new functionality. - Continuously improve services and work processes, enhancing quality, reliability, and reducing total costs. - Deliver and maintain existing services, resolve incidents and problems, meet SLAs, and provide rotational on‑call coverage. What We're Looking For: - Minimum 3 years of experience configuring enterprise construction application solutions. - At least 5 years of custom software development experience covering the full development lifecycle. - Proficiency with PL/SQL and JavaScript. - Experience with Oracle Application Server, C#, and Excel is a strong plus. - Experience using and customizing Business Intelligence Reporting (BIR) tools. - Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., computer science, engineering) or equivalent work experience. - Background as a construction engineer or familiarity with construction business processes is advantageous. - Experience as an IT Development and Operations engineer for construction applications such as Box, Procore, ARESPRISM, or similar EPC construction management software. - Strong problem‑solving, teamwork, written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work with minimal supervision. - Vendor relationship and product management skills. - Working knowledge of SAP and its integration points with other SAP modules and non‑SAP systems.
