IT Applications Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Define and develop technical solutions for finance domain applications, ensuring performance and timelines. - Review requirement, functional specification, technical integration documents, and create SIT & UAT cases. - Facilitate change and configuration management; prepare technical user manuals and system configuration documents. - Conduct SIT, guide business team for UAT, and manage technical integration with vendors. - Provide recommendations on scope changes to project owners/product managers. - Analyze existing systems, identify improvements, and coordinate with vendors for quality solutions. - Make decisions on solution design, generic approaches, and workarounds to ensure timely delivery. What We're Looking For: - 10-12 years of experience in IT applications, with 8+ years in mobile and web application development. - Experience as a tech lead or product owner in finance or NBFC environments. - Strong knowledge of SQL/Oracle, Unix/Windows, basic Java, middleware/APIs, XML/JSON, SOAP UI, and application architecture. - Proven project management and coordination skills; ability to manage a team of 8-10 members. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities; ability to work with internal IT teams and external vendors. - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; managerial skills in team building, scoping, and delivery management. - Positive, go‑getter attitude and flexibility; ability to build relationships across diverse cultures.
