QA Lead – Agile

Key Responsibilities: • Manage end‑to‑end quality assurance within Agile/DevOps SDLC. • Own test strategy and planning, track progress, and report accurately to the team. • Apply deep knowledge of Agile processes and lead QA teams on Agile projects. • Engage customers to define effective Agile QA processes, methodologies, workflows, metrics, and reporting. • Lead daily scrum meetings and drive quality objectives during those sessions. • Facilitate inter‑team communication across multiple Agile projects. • Present aggregate testing utilization views to senior management. • Provide personal support, mentoring, and professional development for testers; regularly review career goals and monitor progress. • Serve as an escalation point for testing issues. • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting for testing services as required. • Share Agile practices, tools, and approaches across the organization, helping to establish a centre of excellence for knowledge sharing and technology adoption. • Advocate for testing importance to senior leadership, aggregate quality metrics, educate leadership on tester roles in Agile teams, and manage test tools, training, and budgets. What We're Looking For: • Minimum 2 years of experience managing QA for Agile projects. • Over 10 years of overall test management experience, including both automation and manual testing. • Scrum certification from a recognized organization. • Educational background such as BE, M.Sc., or MBA in Systems from reputable institutes.
