Cyber Security Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Participate in designing infrastructure and software architectures to meet cyber security standards. - Develop and execute an enterprise-wide information security plan protecting confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and servers. - Drive implementation and deployment of security policies, continuously research and adopt latest technologies. - Report on information and cyber security posture, indicators, and concerns. - Ensure compliance with ISO‑27001 and NIST frameworks and associated policies and procedures. - Create documentation for various security frameworks. - Work with security solutions and tools such as SIEM, SOC, WAF, ATP, VAPT, proxy servers, etc. - Conduct patching, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, application risk assessments, and network security risk reviews. - Generate MIS reports on information security topics and assist senior management in risk analysis. - Apply an analytical mindset to security challenges. What We're Looking For: - 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in cyber security. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B‑Tech) or equivalent. - Strong knowledge of ISO‑27001 and NIST frameworks. - Hands‑on experience creating security documentation. - Proficiency with security tools and vendors (SIEM, SOC, WAF, ATP, VAPT, proxy, etc.). - Experience in patch management, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, application risk assessment, and network security risk reviews. - Ability to generate and interpret MIS reports for risk identification. - Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
