Agile QA Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Manage end‑to‑end quality assurance in Agile/DevOps SDLC. - Own test strategy and planning, track progress, and report accurately to the team. - Lead QA teams in Agile projects, ensuring familiarity with Agile processes and methodologies. - Engage stakeholders to define effective Agile QA processes, workflows, metrics, and reporting. - Lead daily scrum meetings and drive quality objectives during these sessions. - Facilitate inter‑team communication across multiple Agile projects. - Present aggregate testing utilization views to senior management. - Provide personal support, mentoring, and professional development for testers, including regular career‑goal reviews. - Serve as an escalation point for testing issues. - Contribute to budgeting and forecasting for testing services as required. - Share Agile practices, tools, and approaches across the organization, helping to form a centre of excellence. - Advocate for testing importance to senior leadership, aggregating quality metrics, educating on tester roles, and managing test tools, training, and budgets. What We're Looking For: - Minimum 2 years of experience managing QA for Agile projects. - Over 10 years of overall test management experience, including both automation and manual projects. - Scrum certification from a recognized organization. - Educational background such as BE, M.Sc., or MBA in Systems from reputable institutes.
