Program Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Front‑end engagement with customer stakeholders, gather requirements, and finalize project scope. - Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan based on the defined scope. - Plan resources and manage internal delivery teams (technical and implementation) across multiple remote locations to ensure timely program roll‑out. - Proactively manage scope creep, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans. - Provide regular project updates to external and internal stakeholders. - Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution. - Measure project performance to identify improvement areas and monitor progress. What We're Looking For: - 10+ years of relevant industry experience, including 4+ years in project management. - Experience in SaaS product companies within the IT ecosystem preferred. - Proven ability to deliver projects within outlined scope, budget, and timeline. - Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Scrum Master (CSM) certifications preferred. - Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. - Experience with B2C digital engagement/campaign platforms is a plus. - Experience in government or public sector projects preferred. - Excellent stakeholder management skills; ability to coordinate and prioritize customer requests with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. - Good people management skills; ability to manage performance with customers and partners.
