IT Infrastructure Program Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. - Work with IT infrastructure teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and tracked throughout the lifecycle. - Support teams in process documentation to improve adherence and visibility. - Create dashboards, KPIs, and KRIs to monitor project and program health. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure project aspects align with client requirements. - Conduct product demonstrations as needed. - Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless project execution. - Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. - Monitor project status during rollout and implementation, providing assistance to teams and reporting to stakeholders. - Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Apply best practices, models, and frameworks in infrastructure management. What We're Looking For: - Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure management. - Proven experience managing full project lifecycles and defining KPIs/KRIs for projects. - Experience delivering IT infrastructure projects across multiple locations. - Experience reviewing and managing change, incident, and service request processes, with a focus on continuous improvement. - Exposure to ITIL process management models; certification preferred. - Understanding of PMP or Prince2 concepts; certification preferred. - Strong ability to create dashboards and metrics for project health. - Educational qualification: B.E., B.Tech, M.E., M.Tech or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate. - Commitment to continuous learning and training on job‑required areas.
