Product Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for an expert Product Manager to join a newly established Ed-Tech product focused on adaptable and personalized learning for competitive examinations (JEE, NEET, CLAT, and other exams) in India. Key Responsibilities: - Lead discovery of the business ecosystem, competition, and internal channels to create, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap and business requirements for cloud‑native SaaS Ed-Tech products. - Develop product requirements for building and enhancing features across a multi‑year roadmap. - Collaborate directly with the Chief Technology Officer and external‑facing teams as well as executive management. - Work closely with cross‑business interfaces and the CTO to identify, define, and document implementation requirements over time. - Translate business requirements and UX expectations into clear software implementation specifications. - Consolidate information into cohesive analytical requirements for product development. - Perform user acceptance testing to ensure requirements are correctly and comprehensively implemented. - Partner with UX and technology teams to ensure product engineering and releases meet business goals with high quality and within scope. - The role offers significant personal and professional growth as the Ed‑Tech venture expands across India. What We're Looking For: - MBA and BTech in Engineering or equivalent (preferred). - 8–12 years of product management experience in Ed‑Tech startups, unicorns, or established technology companies. - Proven ability to influence and align various business leaders to develop and execute the product roadmap. - Strong analytical skills: ask the right questions, analyze data, draw conclusions with appropriate assumptions. - Strategic thinking: anticipate future opportunities and challenges. - Excellent organization: ability to work independently on complex investigations. - Excellent written and spoken communication in English; ability to convey complex technical problems as clear user stories (e.g., in JIRA). - Professional presentation skills with supporting data. - Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
