Group Manager IT

Key Responsibilities: - Manage the CRM system (Salesforce) and data warehousing. - Analyze data to inform business development and campaign strategies. - Drive CRM initiatives and oversee the execution of campaigns. - Provide sales teams with data related to consumer segments. - Partner with various stakeholders to keep them informed about upcoming data management initiatives. - Maintain and improve data management processes and accuracy. What We're Looking For: - Expertise in CRM management. - Strong communication, customer service, computer, and time‑management skills. - Postgraduate degree in IT. - Minimum 6–7 years of experience in IT/CRM.
