Product Manager - NLP Chatbot

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative AI/ML-based chatbot products. - Establish a shared vision across the organization by building consensus on priorities and driving product execution. - Drive product development in collaboration with engineering and design teams. - Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction. - Define and analyze metrics that inform product success. - Understand strategic and competitive positioning to deliver industry‑leading products. - Maximize efficiency in a fluid, evolving environment where creative solutions are the norm. What We're Looking For: - 3 to 5 years of experience in product management for AI/ML-based B2B or B2C products, preferably in the BFSI domain. - Deep expertise in two or more of the following areas: chatbots, conversational interfaces, natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics. - Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills. - Excellent oral and written communication abilities. - Educational background: B.E/B.Tech; an MBA in IT/Technology is an added advantage.
