LIMS Project Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish LIMS solutions in the healthcare and life sciences domain, serving as the expert for LabVantage LIMS and related laboratory IT applications.
- Actively contribute to meeting and exceeding global KPI targets while driving continuous improvement.
- Plan project activities and deliverables, ensuring milestones are achieved in collaboration with business users.
- Contribute to building a laboratory IT Center of Excellence as a valuable asset for customers.
- Define and fulfill global service contracts.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in customer service and project leadership for GMP/GxP systems or platforms within global pharma, healthcare, or life sciences organizations.
- Hands‑on experience with LIMS (preferably LabVantage), Java, JavaScript, Spring/Spring Boot, JSP, SQL, JPA, and REST/SOAP web services.
- Knowledge of GMP/GxP regulations associated with pharmaceutical product manufacturing.
- Understanding of Service Desk and ITIL‑based service delivery processes.
- Proven project management experience.
- Excellent communication skills in an international environment.
- Customer‑oriented attitude with a willingness for continuous learning.
