Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. - Work directly with clients to ensure deliverables align with the agreed scope. - Guide clients in using platform services such as APIs and panels to achieve successful onboarding. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all project aspects meet client requirements. - Conduct product demonstrations as needed. - Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless project execution. - Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. - Provide guidance to clients during delivery and support them in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT). - Monitor project status during development, assist developers, and report updates to stakeholders. - Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. What We're Looking For: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, M.E.). - 5+ years of experience in project management, technical support, or development, preferably within a SaaS‑based organization. - Prior experience in engineering or development work is a plus. - Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external vendors. - Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal reporting. - Proven ability to manage project timelines, scope, and budgets effectively.
