Associate Director Project Management

Key Responsibilities: - Assist in defining project scope and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility. - Work directly with clients to ensure deliverables align with the applicable scope. - Guide clients in using platform services such as APIs and panels for successful onboarding. - Coordinate with internal departments and third‑party vendors to ensure all project aspects meet client requirements. - Conduct product demonstrations wherever needed. - Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for flawless execution of projects. - Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. - Provide guidance to clients during delivery and assist them in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT). - Monitor project status during development, assist developers, and report status to relevant stakeholders. - Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. What We're Looking For: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, M.E.). - 5+ years of experience in project management, technical support, or development, preferably within a SaaS‑based organization. - Prior engineering or development work experience is a plus. - Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
