IT Platform Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Understand the IT needs of specific business segments and stay abreast of changing processes to identify new requirements. - Ensure adherence to IT and data security compliance policies. - Monitor and resolve any IT outages affecting the relevant segment. - Design and oversee the execution of IT systems for new business segments. - Take ownership of scaling IT systems in line with segment growth. - Ensure seamless integration of payment gateways in compliance with RBI regulations. - Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve conflicts and eliminate restrictions. - Manage the IT team (if applicable) to deliver quality output on time. - Stay informed of technology trends and continuously propose improvement areas to management. What We're Looking For: - B.Tech graduate. - Minimum 5 years of proven turnkey experience in the IT domain, preferably within a process industry; oil and gas experience is a plus. - Prior experience working on innovative solutions is desirable.
