Key Responsibilities: - Design, produce, implement, upgrade, and maintain IT infrastructure to support seamless business operations, with a focus on specific project initiatives. - Envision IT solutions for e‑commerce business and stay updated on evolving business processes to identify new IT requirements. - Ensure compliance with IT and data security policies. - Monitor and resolve IT outages affecting designated business segments. - Design and oversee the execution of IT systems for new business segments. - Own the scaling of IT systems in line with segment growth. - Ensure seamless integration of payment gateways in compliance with regulatory (RBI) rules. - Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve conflicts and remove restrictions. - Manage the IT team (if applicable) to deliver quality output on schedule. - Stay informed of technology trends and propose improvement opportunities to management. What We're Looking For: - Ability to understand user requirements and deliver quality services accordingly. - Strong problem‑solving skills, capable of developing solutions based on diverse procedures and precedents. - Effective teamwork and communication abilities. - Educational background: Minimum B.Tech degree; MBA is a plus. - Experience: At least 15 years of proven turnkey performance in the IT domain, preferably within a process industry (oil and gas experience preferred). Prior experience with innovative solutions is advantageous.
