Delivery Manager

Position Statement: The incumbent will be an experienced leader with a proven capability in leading multiple teams and contributing to overall organizational goal attainment. Must possess strong communication and influencing skills and be familiar with industry best practices in technology, process, and governance. Collaboration with internal stakeholders, a flexible attitude, and partnership mindset are essential. Key Responsibilities: - Initiate and lead new programs/projects for existing and new clients. - Manage accounts, coordinating with test managers and leads. - Handle client escalations, people issues, and requirement changes. - Understand client environments, upcoming IT projects, and budgets. - Work closely with sales teams on new logos and solution offerings. - Contribute to marketing initiatives and white papers. - Coordinate billing and invoicing matters with finance. - Plan resources and collaborate with recruitment and talent acquisition. - Monitor revenue leakage and drive gross margin improvement. - Oversee project governance, risk, effort, time, and cost. - Track scope, timeline deviations, and change requests with client stakeholders. - Conduct skip‑level meetings with team leads and senior technical staff. - Estimate new projects and develop proposals. - Contribute to strategic policy development and implementation. - Allocate accountability, manage career development, and advise on technology issues. - Apply advanced knowledge to develop new methods, programs, and procedures. - Advise senior management on specialized testing issues and support research. - Support new business propositions for bid and account management teams. - Promote existing intellectual property and create new IP for clients. - Grow account size and improve customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For: - 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in a service‑based environment. - 10 years of proven experience in strategic project management and leading mid‑to‑large service‑oriented teams. - Demonstrated success leading Agile, DevOps, technology, and digitization automation projects. - Strong e‑commerce domain knowledge (preferred for Indian clients). - Expertise in delivery and technology excellence with a focus on business value, cost, and quality. - Experience collaborating with pre‑sales on new logos, solutions, financing, and efficiency. - Accountability for revenue targets and maintaining healthy gross margins. - Ability to deliver ROI and business value realization on automation initiatives. - Good understanding of test automation solutions and implementation. Professional Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Applications, or Business (e.g., B.Sc, B.Tech, B.E., MCA, MBA). - Possession of 1–2 globally recognized certifications.
