Delivery Head

Key Responsibilities: - Initiate new programs/projects for existing and new clients. - Manage accounts, coordinating with test managers and leads, handling client escalations and people issues. - Understand client IT projects, budgets, and upcoming needs. - Collaborate with sales and pre‑sales teams on new logos, solutions, and proposals. - Contribute to marketing materials and white papers. - Work with finance on billing and invoicing issues. - Oversee resource planning and coordination with recruitment teams. - Monitor revenue leakage and improve gross margin. - Ensure project governance, risk management, and tracking of effort, time, and cost. - Manage project scope, timeline deviations, and change requests with client stakeholders. - Conduct skip‑level meetings with team leads. - Estimate new projects and develop proposals. - Allocate accountability, manage career development, and advise on technology issues. - Develop new methods, programs, and procedures across units. - Advise senior management on specialized testing issues and support research. - Support new business propositions and bid management. - Promote existing IPs and create new IPs for clients. - Grow account size and improve customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For: - 15+ years of IT industry experience, preferably in a service‑based environment. - 10+ years of strategic project management experience leading mid to large service‑oriented teams. - Proven track record in Agile, DevOps, technology, and digitization automation projects. - Strong BFSI domain knowledge (preferred for Indian clients). - Demonstrated delivery and technology excellence with focus on business value, cost, and quality. - Experience collaborating with pre‑sales on new logos, solutions, financing, and efficiency. - Accountability for revenue targets and gross margin improvement. - Ability to deliver ROI and business value realization on automation initiatives. - Good understanding of test automation solutions and implementation. - Educational background: B.Sc., B.Tech, B.E., MCA, or MBA with at least 60% marks. - Possession of 1–2 globally recognized certifications.
