Data Analytics Consultant

Key Responsibilities: - Understand business problems and requirements, build domain knowledge, and translate them into data science problems. - Conceptualize and design innovative data science solutions using design thinking principles. - Identify appropriate algorithms, technology stack, and sample outputs required for the solution. - Prototype and experiment to demonstrate value. - Execute the solution independently or with team support, following project management guidelines. - Present results to internal and client stakeholders with clear storytelling, visualizations, and insights. - Contribute to building overall data science capability through participation in pilots, pre‑sales pitches, product development, and practice development initiatives. What We're Looking For: - 3+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data analysis, or related fields. - Proficiency in SQL, Python, Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform, and Power BI (or similar BI tools). - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred). - Experience across various analytics domains such as customer, marketing, web, retail/e‑commerce, sales, operations, pricing, and competitive analytics. - Ability to translate statistical model results into business language for stakeholders. - Must-have technical skills: BigQuery, SQL. - Good-to-have: R, Tableau or Power BI, other cloud platforms. - Willingness to work the EMEA shift (1 p.m. – 10 p.m.) and travel 10‑15% of the time. - Strong communication skills, ability to influence and motivate teams, provide constructive feedback, and support the development and career aspirations of direct reports.
