Advanced Analytics Consultant

Key Responsibilities: - Understand business problems and requirements, build domain knowledge, and translate them into data science problems. - Conceptualize and design cutting‑edge data science solutions using design‑thinking principles. - Identify appropriate algorithms, technology stack, and sample outputs needed to meet the business need. - Prototype and experiment with solutions to demonstrate value. - Execute the conceptualized solution independently or with team support, following project‑management guidelines. - Present results to internal and client stakeholders with clear storytelling, visualizations, and actionable insights. - Contribute to building overall data science capability through pilots, pre‑sales pitches, product development, and practice‑development initiatives. What We're Looking For: - Minimum 3 years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, regression, forecasting, and related fields. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (preferred). - Proficiency in data science techniques: hypothesis testing, exploratory data analysis, regression, segmentation, classification, forecasting, advanced predictive modeling, machine learning algorithms, text analytics, and NLP. - Experience across multiple analytics domains such as customer, marketing, web, retail/e‑commerce, sales, operations, pricing, and competitive analytics. - Ability to communicate statistical model results in business language. - Domain knowledge in at least two of the following verticals: retail, cable, technology (a plus). - Technical skills: Must have Python and SQL; good to have R, Tableau/PowerBI, SAS, Alteryx, cloud platforms, data‑engineering platforms, and DevOps tools. - Strong communication, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities; capable of motivating teams, providing constructive feedback, and managing career development of direct reports. - Willingness to work the EMEA shift (1 PM – 10 PM) and travel up to 10‑15% of the time.
