Application Security and Authorization Consultant

Key Responsibilities: - Manage authorization in applications such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and others. - Provide operational support for security and authorizations. - Administer a central Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tool and integrate it with key global applications. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices. - Align functional and non‑functional business requirements with IT stakeholders to identify and deliver appropriate solutions. - Develop authorization concepts for project implementations across various applications. - Drive improvements for self‑service fulfillment of roles and authorizations, including future enhancements to central IGA and SAP IDM tools. - Process SAP user accounts, handle authorization requests, and resolve related tickets. - Design, build, test, and implement technical solutions for new business authorization requirements. - Collaborate efficiently with security officers, SAP application teams, and other application teams to ensure technical security. - Support future implementations of central IGA and IDM tools. What We're Looking For: - More than 5 years of experience in security and authorization. - Deep and strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts, role‑based access control, segregation of duties, and sensitive access. - Proven experience implementing IDM/IGA solutions within SAP and other applications such as Salesforce and Workday. - Excellent communication skills for coordination with business units and external providers. - Experience in production support environments. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
