Technology Lead

Key Responsibilities: - Lead cost/benefit analysis of technology evaluations, decisions and roadmap planning for architecture and technical migration. - Drive measurable improvements in capabilities and effectiveness to handle expanding workloads and service demand. - Apply best practices in code development and deployment. - Evaluate and improve technology platforms (web frameworks, deployment stack) for delivering services. - Oversee business cases with time estimates and cost/benefit analyses for new or revised systems within timelines. - Build relationships across multiple groups/departments. - Manage change communication on cross‑functional teams. - Uphold high personal and professional integrity; handle sensitive conversations. - Think creatively, conceptually and strategically with a result‑driven approach. - Demonstrate financial acumen and business mindset; solve business problems analytically. - Coordinate capital and operational budgeting, vendor integration and workforce. - Design and build websites and backend for mobile applications. - Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of web applications. - Collaborate with team to define, design, and ship new features. - Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs. What We're Looking For: - 4+ years of technical experience and at least 2 years of management experience. - Engineering graduate from a reputable institute with minimum 4 years relevant experience. - Experience managing large technology teams directly or through hierarchy. - Strong coding skills in PHP, React, AngularJS, MySQL; familiarity with MVC, OOP, SOLID, ORM, design patterns. - Experience with frameworks such as CodeIgniter, Laravel; responsive web development; RESTful APIs; UI/UX standards. - Knowledge of server technologies (e.g., AWS), version control (Git/SVN), CI/CD, third‑party libraries and APIs. - Experience deploying web applications and understanding full website development lifecycle. - Familiarity with distributed algorithms, machine learning, AI, complexity science is a plus. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Passion for innovation and impact.
