Tech Lead Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Define and design technical solutions for finance‑domain applications, ensuring optimal performance and timely delivery. - Review requirement documents, functional specifications, technical integration documents, and SIT/UAT test cases. - Facilitate change and configuration management processes. - Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents, and other technical reports. - Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and guide business teams through User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Manage technical integration requirements with external vendors based on business needs. - Coordinate discussions of requirements with internal IT teams and application vendors. - Provide recommendations on scope changes to project owners or product managers. - Analyze existing systems, identify improvement areas, and drive enhancements. - Work with multiple vendors to ensure quality solutions are built and delivered on schedule. What We're Looking For: - 10‑12 years of overall experience, with 8+ years in IT application development and tech‑lead roles, preferably in the finance sector (NBFC or loan providers). - Proven experience as a product owner or techno‑functional manager, delivering end‑to‑end solutions. - Strong expertise in mobile and web applications, Unix/Windows environments, Java, SQL/Oracle/MySQL databases, APIs, middleware technologies, XML/JSON, and SOAP UI. - Hands‑on experience with solution architecture, system design, and project management/co‑ordination. - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of 8‑10 members, with strong communication and presentation skills. - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. - Ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders, exhibit a proactive "go‑getter" attitude, and adapt flexibly to changing priorities.
