Senior Network Specialist

Key Responsibilities: - Ensure business and security requirements are met for global network services (WAN, LAN, WLAN, firewall, VPN, voice & video, etc.). - Translate business or IT department requirements into network solutions and support solution design. - Provide direct support to the head of network services, including functional project planning and execution. - Support the network team in service lifecycle management, especially for voice and video services. - Operate ITIL‑based KPI and SLA processes, including implementation and reporting. - Participate in technical integration activities such as mergers and acquisitions. - Deliver 2nd/3rd level support for network services and ensure compliance with internal regulations. - Manage third‑party providers and oversee network‑related projects. - Maintain up‑to‑date network service documentation, roadmaps, and regular project/KPI reporting. What We're Looking For: - University degree in Computer Science, Business Economics, or a related field. - 5–10 years of experience in IT solution design and technical planning within multinational organizations. - Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with network and security technologies. - Strong understanding of the OSI model, TCP/IP, LAN networking, standards, topologies, protocols, and equipment. - Expertise in Cisco/Meraki networking, ZScaler (ZIA & ZPA), and security appliances such as Fortinet or Checkpoint. - Proven experience delivering network technology solutions and managing related projects on a global scale. - Project management experience in international network projects. - Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and documentation skills. - Certifications: Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE3 (or higher), ITIL Foundation, and a project management certification (e.g., PMI or PRINCE2). - Fluent English; ability to travel up to 15% of the time. - Ability to stay current with industry trends and apply them to the role.
