Senior Experience Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of smart programmers effectively. - Interact with stakeholders to negotiate solution complexity. - Design complex use cases and guide the team to implement them correctly. - Understand exchange and regulatory requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design and develop high‑quality software systems to support a growing organization. - Propose technical and functional designs. - Ensure delivered work adheres to defined standards. What We're Looking For: - 10+ years of programming experience with 4‑5+ years in a team‑leading role. - Proven experience building low‑latency equity trading systems. - Strong understanding of order and risk management systems. - Background in equity broking or capital markets is essential. - Expertise in the Microsoft technology stack: .NET, C#, JSON, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API/REST, and MS SQL Server. - Experience in both architectural design and implementation‑level software design. - Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM environments. - Practice of Test‑Driven Development (TDD) and clean‑code principles, including design patterns and SOLID. - Demonstrated people‑management skills with the ability to lead and influence others. - Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
