Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities: - Support product teams as a servant leader to increase usefulness, effectiveness, and happiness. - Foster an agile mindset by promoting empiricism, multidisciplinarity, resilience, self‑organisation, focus, openness and commitment. - Coach teams in agile practices: implement best practices, facilitate ceremonies (stand‑ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives) and workshops (pre‑work, roadmap alignment, backlog refinement). - Create and maintain artefacts such as supports, reports, diagrams for rituals and workshops. - Ensure visibility of work in progress and identify topics requiring action. - Assist in removing operational impediments and contribute to tool selection. - Facilitate onboarding of new team members. - Collaborate with Product Owner and Developers to clarify the Product Goal, define SMART Sprint Goals and ensure their adherence. What We're Looking For: - Strong knowledge of Scrum, Extreme Programming, Lean, Kanban. - Excellent organizational skills and rigor. - Analytical mindset and thoughtful consideration. - Creative and adaptable thinking. - Strong pedagogical and communication abilities. - Patience, empathy, and effective interpersonal relations. - Conflict resolution skills. - Bonus: technical background in software development or product management.
