Presales Banking/Insurance

Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the single point of contact for all RPA deals. - Anchor and own Proof‑of‑Concepts (PoCs) with delivery support. - Train and guide presales activities for related domains. - Collaborate with local and global account management and sales teams to develop winning propositions. - Lead the bid management team, ensuring timely deliveries and effective customer coordination. - Create powerful PoCs for prospects and customers and act as an evangelist for RPA automation tools. - Work closely with the sales team on proposals, pitches, and new business opportunities. - Develop technical solutions for intelligent automation opportunities, including white papers and proposals, and analyze customer requirements from RFI/RFPs. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain sign‑offs and finalize solutions. - Evaluate client processes and recommend best‑fit solutions such as RPA, OCR, AI/ML, and analytics. - Participate in client interactions during the deal process to design client‑specific RPA solutions. - Create, update, and maintain an RPA use‑case repository. What We're Looking For: - 8 to 12 years of relevant experience. - Proven experience working across multiple technology stacks and a demonstrated ability to quickly adopt new technology trends. - At least 10+ years of experience in an RPA presales role (or a comparable period of focused presales work). - Strong understanding of features and functionalities of at least one leading hyper‑automation platform (e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, Antworks, Workfusion). - Experience evaluating client processes and proposing solutions that may include RPA, OCR, AI/ML, and analytics. - Ability to lead bid management efforts and coordinate with diverse stakeholders. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions, proposals, and white papers.
