Oracle Financial Consultant

Key Responsibilities: - Prepare ERP due‑diligence reports for modules such as fixed assets, bank reconciliation, vendor invoicing & payments, client billing & receipting, inventory, procurement, reporting, and cash‑flow. - Analyze the current ERP blueprint to understand process flows, database management, and reporting structures. - Conduct gap analysis on integration of systems (e.g., POS, .NET) with Oracle ERP and address issues faced by store and accounting teams. - Design revised blueprints with upgraded process flows for improved control and reporting. - Perform gap analysis for each finance process (AP, AR, GL, Tax, Treasury) and propose system mitigations. - Identify manual processes outside the ERP and upgrade the system to capture them (e.g., BRS, expense provisions, KP management, cash management). - Work with accounting teams to identify operational issues in the ERP and implement corrective actions. - Lead automation projects such as bank payments through ERP, auto BRS, VAN mechanisms, and one‑time mandate facilities for key partners. - Coordinate with banks' IT teams for automation project implementation. - Generate divisional financial reports directly from the ERP. - Submit weekly progress reports in Gantt chart format outlining project status, timelines, and next steps. - Implement a database management system (DMS) with AP workflow to streamline vendor invoice booking and payment tracking. What We're Looking For: - 15–20 years of professional experience, with at least 5 independent ERP implementations at multinational companies. - Strong expertise in Oracle ERP implementation and financial modules. - Background in ERP implementation, due‑diligence, upgradation, SOP review, and training of finance and store staff. - Minimum qualification of CA (or equivalent). - Proven ability to conduct gap analyses, redesign processes, and drive automation initiatives. - Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including IT and banking partners. - Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
