Lead Python Developer

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, fostering collaboration and innovation. - Design and architect scalable, reliable, and maintainable Python‑based applications. - Write high‑quality, efficient, and maintainable Python code to meet project requirements. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement robust solutions. - Design and optimize database schemas using strong SQL expertise. - Work with database technologies such as OpenSearch, Redis, and MongoDB. - Leverage AWS services (e.g., Lambda, Event Bridge) to build scalable, efficient solutions and stay current with AWS best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing guidance to the team. - Partner with other teams to identify and implement improvements to overall system functionality. What We're Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Lead Python Developer or in a similar senior technical role. - Deep expertise in Python development with a focus on performance and scalability. - Strong knowledge of SQL and hands‑on experience with OpenSearch, Redis, and MongoDB. - Practical experience with AWS services, particularly Lambda and Event Bridge. - Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. - AWS‑related certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer) is a plus. - Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
