IT Infrastructure Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities: - Perform analysis of network, storage, and system needs; contribute to design of architecture, integration, and installation. - Coordinate with other departments to understand and meet their requirements. - Evaluate network hardware and software requirements and make recommendations. - Optimize system performance and initiate recovery actions after system failures. - Work closely with the security operations team to manage system access and security. - Monitor customer service, maintain network stability, collect and analyze utilization, and install and test software upgrades. - Manage computer operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions. - Coordinate with consultants, technical personnel, service providers, and vendors for services and products. - Develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery plans. - Continuously develop the team for system and network operations activities. - Maintain, document, review, and improve processes for all activities. What We're Looking For: - Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure management. - Experience managing large scalable infrastructure, including storage technologies (SAN), data center management, WAN devices and technologies, SD‑WAN, enterprise wireless networks, network architecture, Active Directory, virtualization, and other IT infrastructure solutions. - Experience rolling out solutions and configurations to infrastructure devices (servers, routers) across multiple locations. - Knowledge of cloud infrastructure management (preferred). - Educational qualification: B.E., B.Tech, M.E., M.Tech or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate. - Preferred certifications: MCSE, CCNP, ITIL, PMP, or similar. - Commitment to continuous learning and training on job‑required areas.
