Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Lead Oracle EBS Finance implementation, upgrade, and support projects, including user requirement sessions, gap analysis, functional design for RICE objects, configuration, and testing (CRP, SIT, UAT). - Conduct user training and produce documentation for end‑users. - Provide production support, resolve technical and operational issues, and coordinate with Oracle and third‑party vendors for fixes, upgrades, and integrations. - Develop and review functional specifications, test scenarios, and test scripts; ensure deliverables meet business expectations and timelines. - Perform financial reconciliation between subledger and GL, and train business users on Oracle financials functionality. - Review and deliver training materials, conduct super/end‑user training, and prepare weekly status reports for senior leadership. - Drive projects with third‑party service providers, manage integration with external applications, and ensure user satisfaction. What We're Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and an MBA in Finance. - Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least one end‑to‑end Oracle EBS implementation. - Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and experience with Oracle implementation and support. - Hands‑on knowledge of India GST, e‑invoicing, localizations, GST reporting, and payment methods such as UPI. - Excellent verbal communication, technical documentation, and customer‑facing skills. - Ability to design solutions, provide process consulting, and conduct fit‑gap analysis. - SQL/PLSQL skills are a plus. - Strong analytical, research, and critical‑thinking abilities. - Proven project and time‑management skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Effective presentation and interpersonal skills to communicate with executives, senior managers, and associates across business and technology teams.
