ETL Developer

Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and test ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter (v10.2+) and PowerExchange CDC for Oracle. - Develop and optimize SQL queries and workflows for large data sets in Teradata and Oracle. - Perform data analysis, transformation, conceptual data modeling, and metadata management. - Write and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts; troubleshoot Informatica environment issues. - Ensure performance tuning of SQL and ETL processes to reduce cycle times. - Contribute to data warehouse projects, including design and development. What We're Looking For: - 5-7 years of experience with Informatica, Teradata, Oracle PL/SQL, and Unix. - Strong knowledge of Teradata architecture and tools (SQL Assistant, BTEQ, MLOAD, FLOAD, FASTEXPORT, TPump). - Proficiency in Oracle and data modeling, with solid understanding of data warehousing concepts. - Experience with PowerExchange CDC for Oracle implementations. - Ability to write, tune, and rewrite complex SQL queries. - Competence in Unix/Linux shell scripting. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Big data exposure is a plus. - Experience in application building/support on Teradata is a plus.
