Cloud Patching Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Manage client operating systems and infrastructure applications, server infrastructures, and multi‑carrier WANs. - Ensure compliance on cloud servers. - Apply knowledge in data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, database administration, and cloud. - Execute and manage deliverables related to IT system audit & compliance. - Lead project management activities, meet deadlines, and track project progress. - Roll out enterprise applications on cloud infrastructure using PaaS and IaaS offerings. - Apply financial management skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. - Adapt to rapidly changing conditions, redirect teams toward new objectives. - Liaise with users or IT teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. - Maintain contract execution tracking, monitor progress, and handle issues. - Collect and evaluate project data for reporting and evaluation. What We're Looking For: - 10‑12 years of IT infrastructure experience, hands‑on with end‑user computing, enterprise network architecture, data‑center and branch setups, and contact‑center environments. - Strong knowledge of Azure cloud, infrastructure‑as‑a‑service and platform‑as‑a‑service, and experience optimizing infrastructure across a pan‑India distribution network. - Ability to gather and analyze facts, define problems, and propose solutions. - Excellent communication skills: build consensus, facilitate sessions, negotiate alternatives. - Experience conducting training and informational sessions. - Educational background: engineering, graduate or post‑graduation in systems, IT, finance, operations, or equivalent.
