Android Developer

Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications from scratch. - Publish applications to the Google Play Store and manage releases. - Optimize app performance and ensure scalability for large‑scale applications. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver a user‑friendly digital financial super app. - Follow best practices in data structures, algorithms, and code quality. - Work independently with minimal guidance while maintaining clear communication. What We're Looking For: - Minimum 5 years of professional Android development experience. - At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with Kotlin. - Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms. - Proven ability to build and release Android apps on the Play Store. - Experience optimizing Android performance and handling large‑scale app projects. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work with minimal supervision. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/M.Tech) from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college. - Availability to work a 5‑day work week.
