Principal Consultant

Key Responsibilities: - Implement financial consolidation and planning solutions using OneStream. - Perform legal and management consolidation tasks. - Develop SOX‑compliant financial models. - Set up intercompany eliminations and matching reports. - Roll month‑to‑date P&L to year‑to‑date retained earnings. - Configure business rules, currency translations, USD overrides, carry‑forwards, eliminations, validations, and year‑end roll‑forwards. - Generate cash flow statements and journal entry adjustments. - Lead planning activities including rolling forecasts, operational planning, people planning, capex planning, cash planning, scenario modelling, and planning allocations. - Manage integrations such as ERP data integration, business rules, drill‑down/drill‑through to transactions, workflow collaboration, trial balance data loads, conversion and transformation mappings. - Create reporting assets: dashboards (SQL grids & cube views), studio board book reports, Excel add‑in reports, templates, and quick views. What We're Looking For: - 8–12 years of experience leading OneStream implementation projects. - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, CA, MBA, or related field. - Strong proficiency in consolidation and planning processes. - Proven ability to manage and implement complex business scenarios. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Willingness to travel on short‑term assignments as needed.
